okay,first of all we should know what is metabolism, So, guys, human body has a type of engine which burns calories just like a car with burn petrol and diesel that's like humans body has metabolism ..all food which we eat everyday metabolism burn it..it is slow or fast it depends individual to individual. every person has different type of metabolism some has fast some has slow some has in between, so the point is which type of metabolism is important or which we want..slow metabolism is badest metabolism type slow metabolism means our body is not burning calories because of this you constantly eat and calories not burning so that means you gain weight means unhealthy weight fat gain..So guys those people which are overweight that metabolism is slow there body not burning calories and they eat constantly because their metabolism is slow and those people which are thin those peoples metabolism is fast this is what their body burn more calories and they eat less So I telling you guys what to do for fast or slow metabolism

1.Fast metabolism
So if anyone has fast metabolism what they do. they count their calories and what is the BMR comes and after that is done they add 500-1000 cal. extra in their diet like if your BMR no. come 2000 so what do take 1000 plus means 3000calories you should take in a day for gain their weight if they this tip then they gain approximately 1 pound in a week...And after that you do your cardio only 1 or 2 times a week not more than this so why cardio the foods which hold water in your body cardio out this water from your body so calories count, cardio 2 times or next one is you workout 4 times in a week not more than this like 2 days workout 1 day rest..3 day weight training and one day abs and cardio .. and these guys should eat every 2 hours they have to consume 6 meals a day and every meal contain 600 cal. minimum and trust me guys this is the only natural or best way or these guys no weight gainer needed in this weight gainer is targeted your stomach make fatty stomach and body are looking after this thing.

So when you calculate BMR no. you have to consume 500-800cal. less like it comes 2000 so you have to consume 1200-1500 cal. and this is not for life you have to adjust this some days and then change and then follow and you have to burn more calories in gym and your body lose extra fat or weight and second thing you should do there you have to eat in every 3 hours you take 5 meals in a day but with a fewer calories meals and you do cardio 4-5 times in a week so you have to consume and less and burn more in gym so after this you workout 6 times a week more you burn more result comes,so, guys, people are made a mistake and they eat very less in a day and then metabolism goes slow and they become more fatty and overweight.
