Today I'm gonna show you guys biggest mistakes which make your workout worst..and how to do push-ups in right way...and guys a very big and,

Myth about gym ..is that people say that gym is only 18+ activity if we try to do before 20ees this make side effects on your height well I'm telling you guys this is a very biggest myth about HEATH AND FITNESS industry...we are educated guys we should study ourselves before believing  any myth ...well guys I'm telling you the truth gym activity or any other sport activity make our body healthy and give us a very good blood circulation  in our body and release the growth hormones in our body.......

okay, guys come to the point,


Mistakes that we do during push-ups-----

1. Our first mistake is that...make your hand wide during push-ups...yes 

WHY' .....

                   when you make your hands wide the tension is not to go to the chest muscles

Correct position'

                    when you do push-ups not make your hand too wide ....you just open your hand 1 inch outside to the shoulder and go for it....guys things are little minor but that makes your workout worthless...


2.we does not activate chest muscle properly------

WHY'...  

                when we do push-ups mostly peoples not go properly up to the top of the shoulder end because of not go properly up it not give tension on chest muscle and not pump and train our chest muscles

Correct position'

                  The correct posture to do the push-ups and make our chest pumped and well train our chest muscle is that ...when we raise up in the push-ups we should top go end of the top side and give the right position for chest muscle

3. Elbow Movement-----

WHY' ....  

              when we do push-ups we make elbow movement outside, when we do push ups like that there are maximum chances of a shoulder injury and guys it's not good for gamers it makes a long gap in your workouts.


Correct position'

              The correct one is ...that we do not bend our elbows more to outside we go out just 1 inch because of this the shoulder injury chances are under control your body doing well with this.


4. Not make our spine straight----

              Most peoples ignore spine posture is also important to make our spine in very well posture...if you do with a bad posture of the spine it does not give you the result.


Correct position'

               we make our spine totally straight then we go for pushups ..it gives you the result and makes your chest very well pumped


5. People go too fast-----

            people go too fast when they do push-ups ...seriously guys its totally waste of your hard work it does not make your chest pumped on the other side is waste of time ..waste of hard work


Correct position'

              The right one is that we follow all 4 points and then we go slow movements ....it makes you the correct one who invest time in the correct way.
